Coping with loss: Grieving a loved one
It
is how we respond to loss that matters. That response
will largely determine
the quality, the direction, and the impact of our lives.

The Program:
Please join us for group learning and
support based on discussion of readings from the
book A Grace Disguised by Jerry Sittser.
Loss came suddenly for Jerry. In an
instant, an accident claimed three generations of
his family: his mother, his wife, and his young
daughter. While most of us will not experience a
loss in such a catastrophic form, all of us will
taste it. A Grace Disguised plumbs the depths
of our sorrows, whether due to illness, divorce, or
the loss of someone we love. The circumstances are
not important; what we do with those circumstances
is.
Join us as we talk through those
choices.
